Our classes cater for all abilities from beginner to experienced. Benefit from the energy of our group practise.
Yoga is the balance of physical exercise, breathing and meditation. Incorporated into your daily life it can reduce stress and improve your health and well being.
Private sessions can be designed according to your level of experience, areas you wish to focus on, at a time to suit your schedule.

About Di
MY YOGA is constantly evolving as I evolve and learn. I am constantly learning and growing the seed in me that is yoga. My strongest influences have come from varying sources, Ashtanga yoga with Santina Giardina Chard, Teacher training with Nicky Knoff and Noah Maze to note the most influential.
I see and teach the benefits of both alignment based and vinyasa yoga and enjoy teaching with humour and the wisdom I have learnt from my teachers. Via my classes I like to teach yoga and an appreciation of an increased awareness of the physical body and it's consequential gifts.
