Week Day Feel Good Flows

Yoga is for every body and so are these classes, each class is taught to accommodate all, from the newest beginner to beyond. Emphasis is on alignment, care for self and enjoyment o the practice.  (60 - 75mins)

Mon:  6:30 pm   Tues: 7:00pm  Thurs: 7:30 pm

Beginners Micro Courses

Our micro-courses run for two weeks and are a great way to feel really comfortable coming to class. We learn about breath, poses, mediation and all things yoga. Class size is small for maximum fun. Next course starts 27 July, 2022. Contact us here to book, courses run monthly.  

Please note all of our everyday classes welcome and include those starting out.

Smooth, Slow, Deep

Just starting out? Had a break from yoga? This class is for you. Each week we explore within this class a different aspect of yoga asana, and enjoy sharing a practicing designed for learning the foundations of yoga practice. (60 - 75mins)

Happy Weekend, Feel Good Flow

How to start yoru weekend right....start it with yoga, good company and the sounds of nature (60 - 75mins). On clear dry mornings this class is at Bleakly Park, Albany Creek (use the Strathford Ave entrance) and on rainy days we are in the studio. All welcome please book on our bookings page here.
