Classes

Earth Sky Yoga specializes in small semi-private classes.

We love to make each yoga experience special for everyone involved. 

All of our Classes are Beginner Friendly. If you are starting our, please feel welcome to join any of our classes. 

In compliance with social distancing directives and best hygiene practice, we suggest bringing along your own yoga mat, who knows in the future it may become your own portable slice of heaven!

Breathe, Align Feel Good Flow

Breathe, align and lengthen whilst enjoying the joy of yoga with more traditionally styled sequencing. Open to all levels of ability, beginners welcome. (60 - 75mins)

Mon:  6:30 pm   Tues: 7:00pm  Thurs: 7:00 pm

Beginners

Just starting out? Had a break from yoga? This class is for you. Each week we explore within this class a different aspect of yoga asana, and enjoy sharing a practicing designed for learning the foundations of yoga practice. (60 - 75mins)

We are currently running all levels classes beginners are most welcome to come and alway catered to in each class.

Smooth, Slow, Deep

This candlelight class is designed to have you floating into the rest of your week. Great for stress reduction and the practice of mindful awareness. Excellent for releasing deeply held physical stress and  athletic recovery. (60 - 75mins)
